A typical week at Richfield's...
Take appointments
Your clients are yours to manage. You have complete control over how you communicate with your clients and how you schedule your appointments through your own booking system.
Work Away
You get 20 hours per week access to the salon included in your Basic Membership Package. If you need more hours, simply book in your clients and work away, then we'll add your extra hours to your weekly invoice.
Stock-up
Buy what you need as you need it from our Stylist Shop and pay using our mobile app. We stock De Lorenzo colour range, Bhave Keratin system, chemicals and professional supplies.
Style your clients
Welcome clients at reception, offer them a drink from refreshments provided, wash their hair with basin products provided, dry them with towels provided, style them with your own tools & colour, finish them with products provided and collect payment on your own eftpos machine.
Sell retail products
Sell retail products to your clients from our stocked-up shelves and collect your 20% commission monthly. We stock De Lorenzo, Kevin Murphy, Olaplex & K18.
Social media & marketing
Take photos and video clips of your beautiful work with the tripod light provided, and keep your marketing channels promoting you. Marketing coaching is available upon request.
Business admin
There shouldn't be much of this as we take the hassle out of running a salon. Simply pay your all-in-one weekly invoice for your chairs and enjoy an admin-light salon experience.
